Given that everyone has different styles and tastes for these types of items, we work with our clients on the proper sizes and scale for the space and let them source these products themselves. We have preferences on certain plumbing fixture brands and work with our clients to ensure that everything coordinates properly in the project space.

The quick answer is yes. We respect the need in some instances to help offset the cost of certain projects. That said, every project is unique, and some are more complex than others. We will gladly discuss items such as demo or finish painting if the client wishes to complete themself.

Of course. While many projects are considered cosmetic and do not require permitting, all projects that entail structural changes, major plumbing or electrical alterations will require permitting. Every township, borough or city has their own requirements, and we are very familiar with such. Permitting protects both the homeowner and the contractor.
